As your Town Assessor, my responsibility is to ensure that every property in our community is assessed fairly and accurately. I maintain current records on all real property in town, review building permits and property changes, and analyze local market conditions so that assessments reflect current value.

Each year, I prepare the tentative assessment roll on May 1st, which forms the foundation for town, county, and school tax apportionment. I’m also responsible for administering property tax exemptions—such as STAR, veterans, senior citizens, and agricultural exemptions—and making sure they are applied according to New York State law.

I’m here to help residents understand how their assessments are determined and to answer questions about exemptions, property data, or the assessment process. My goal is to provide transparency, accuracy, and fairness for every property owner in our town.
